Our sun-filled dining room Our main floor rooms are light and airy with hardwood floors, corniced ceilings and large mullioned windows making the house an ideal showcase for its own architectural delights and our large collection of original paintings and sculpture. The sunny dining room is a scene of conviviality every morning as guests feast family-style on Janet's artistically presented breakfast and Max's home made bread.

Casablanca Jacuzzi Each of our three guest rooms has direct dial telephone, wireless Internet, bar fridge, tea and coffee makings, Calvin Klein robes and entertainment systems with CD's and DVD's. Our king beds have fine linens and hypoallergenic down duvets and pillows (or synthetics on request). Because we have fewer than four rooms we are exempt from charging the 10% Hotel Tax. The Captain's Apartment A 750 square foot two bedroom suite with: king bed plus a double and twin in a separate bedroom - romantic bathroom with jacuzzi for two, large tiled shower and two sinks - sitting area with TV/DVD/CD, telephone, and electric fireplace - oak and Douglas fir floors with hand knotted Persian tribal rugs - coffee/tea makings, fridge, microwave, dishes and cutlery. Garden Studio A lovely room with exquisite European stained glass windows facing a serene shade garden. This most secluded and romantic space features a King bed with fine linens, an oak floor with hand made Persian rugs and a small sitting area with wicker chairs and a table. A bathing area with pedestal sink, marble surrounded jacuzzi for two, and a luxurious old-fashioned shower head is off to one side. Entry is directly from the garden under a 100 year old willow tree.

In the back garden A serene spot under the 100-year-old apple, pear and willow trees. Victoria has an ideal climate for gardening and there is always something in bloom. This area near the Garden Studio is ideal for reading or having a drink after a long day seeing Victoria's sites.
